Acceptance of Platform Terms
By accessing onlinegamesit.com and playing games at Net Nomads Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform is intended strictly for entertainment purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the studio and participate in our simulated gaming experiences. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our platform.
Account Registration & Guest Access
Players may access the studio as guests or create a registered account to track their Producer Credits and save their progress. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or these terms.
Virtual Currency (Vinyl Tokens) Regulations
Our games use a virtual currency called Vinyl Tokens (VT). All new players start with a balance of 7,500 VT. Vinyl Tokens are provided for free and are used exclusively for gameplay within Net Nomads Studio. They are an internal tracking metric for amusement only. You cannot purchase, sell, trade, or transfer Vinyl Tokens outside of the platform under any circumstances.
No Real Money Wagering Agreement
Net Nomads Studio operates strictly as a simulated casino for adult entertainment. We do not offer real-money gambling, nor do we offer any opportunities to win real money, cash prizes, or items of real-world value. Success in our social games does not imply or guarantee future success in real-money gambling. All gameplay is purely for recreational entertainment.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content within Net Nomads Studio, including game designs, audio, graphics, logos, and the "The Golden Groove Frequency" lore, is the exclusive property of Net Nomads co. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
Limitation of Liability & Disputes
Net Nomads Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Nomads co. Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
Termination of Studio Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Net Nomads Studio at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any accumulated Vinyl Tokens or Producer Credits will be voided.
